Purchasing


Is it safe to send money online?

Of course! Payments are processed through paypal.com, a leader in security technology. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).


Ok, I sent payment. Now what?

Orders are fulfilled through e-junkie.com. You will receive an email with a download link. Please save the PDF to your computer. You can only download the PDF file from the link up to three times before the link expires. However, you can use the PDF indefinitely.


It’s been awhile. I’m still waiting for the confirmation email. What’s going on?

First check your mail filters. The confirmation email could have landed in your spam or junk folder so please make sure to check those folders. If you still can’t find it, email us at funnyawards@officerave.com with the email address you used to purchase the PDF along with an alternate email address. Once we verify that the order was made and payment processed, we will email the file to your alternate address.

Printing Questions


Do I need a special program to view these awards?

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these awards. If you are having difficulty opening the PDF with your current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, please download the latest version.

Do I need special paper?

It’s up to you. Our awards print on standard 8.5" X 11" paper. You can also print them on thick or glossy paper.  


Do I need a special printer?

Nope. You can print these awards on any regular printer. You can print them in color or in black and white. Honestly, they look better in color though!


Do I need to scale the awards in a special way before printing?

Prior to printing, please go to File> Print Setup> Choose “Landscape”. When you are ready to print, go to File> Print > Under “Page scaling” choose “None”.



How do I write on the certificate?

Place your mouse over the blank areas where the text would appear and then click. The cursor will show up. Begin typing.

Shipping


When do you ship my PDF?

Once payment is made via paypal, e-junkie.com will fulfill your order by sending you a download link. Your PDF is available for instant download immediately after your payment has been completed. Since our products are electronic based, we do not ship out a physical copy. If you have not received your download link, email us at funnyawards@officerave.com with the email address you used to purchase the PDF along with an alternate email address. Once we verify that the order was made and payment processed, we will email the file to your alternate address.

Return Policy


What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. PDF files cannot be returned, therefore all sales are final. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied and certain that our funny office awards meet your expectations before you purchase. Please download a free sample to test our awards before purchasing. We encourage you to print a test copy.
